In this multi-media presentation, we will explore together two famous
sacred vocal works from the 18th century - Bachs Mass in b minor
and Mozarts Requiem.
How did musical styles and tastes change over the course of the century?
What role did faith play in the lives of these composers? Come and listen!

Barbara is an assistant professor of Luther College, University of Regina.
She teaches courses on musicology and music history.
