Prayer-walking: a Simple Path to True Health

Monday, October 6 (1:00 - 3:00 p.m.)

Is prayer-walking not ‘nature walking?’ It can be more!

The world of nature can be the most provocative setting for prayer. For many of us, nature will provide these ‘little bells’ to connect us with the presence of God - in the trees, in rose petals, in crickets chirping, in the autumn smell of leaves and the running waters.

See nature as it is, and it will become a real inspiration to you.
Prayer-walking lets you discover the great way to look at the beyond by looking at the ‘now’, but in a new way. By walking, you will lift your spirits and gain a new perspective; you will get to ‘behold the view’ - of your world, yourself and your God.

Facilitated by Rita Carrière and Sr. Elaine Arsenault
