This workshop uses art materials and methods to explore issues of identity
and self image unique to each participant. It will involve participants
in hands-on journal writing an image making using a variety of art materials.
In a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere, with music and art processes,
participants will be guided and encouraged to explore freely. The intention
of the session is to support self discovery and personal expression.
Please bring your own art supplies - no previous art experience necessary!

Leesa is an accomplished artist and professor of painting and drawing
at the University of Regina.
