Prayer-walking: a Simple Path to True Health

Prayer-walking is exercise for the whole person. It is prayer-exercise that makes it possible for us to look inside and outside of ourselves simultaneously.

Prayer means letting God meet you wherever you are in the moment. Prayer-walking is one way to become awake to the fact we are all on a spiritual path. Prayer walking can restore rhythm and revive inner harmony because there is a definite connection between happiness, prayer and peace. The payoff is the attainment of order and harmony to your life and can help you bring it to others.

It is a healing, nurturing exercise that can bring true “health” rather than just “fitness”.
