Spanish Language, Religion and Culture

Mondays, September 20 - November 29 - excluding October 11
(7:30 - 9:30 p.m.)

This series of ten evenings is designed for those who have little or no knowledge of the Spanish language. It will allow participants to learn the basics of communication as well as the culture of Latin America.

The sessions will be basically conversational in nature and will include learning how to introduce one’s self to others, greeting those around and asking/giving directions as well as practising commonly used phrases while dining at restaurants or shopping at malls.

Facilitated by Miguel Leon

Miguel was born and raised in Paraquay, South America, and presently teaches Spanish at the High School level. He is also the Chaplain of LeBoldus High School in Regina.
