Eating for Optimum Health

Saturday, February 22 (9 am - 4 pm)

Just as a car requires good fuel to run well, so do our bodies require good food to stay healthy. During this workshop, we will examine what we eat and what we are called to do about it...for optimum health.

The focus will be on foods that are 'alive' - whole, varied, non-toxic.

Facilitated by Sr. Theresa Feist, osu

Sr. Theresa has worked in the field of natural health since 1981. She is currently at Flaman-Morris Home in Lebret, Saskatchewan, a teaching centre that focuses on nutrition, self-awareness, holistic lifestyle and Christian Meditation.

Cost: $35 ($30 before Feb. 14) Includes lunch.
