This workshop will
focus on:
- the Church's understanding of marriage since Vatican II
- the effect of this understanding on the Canon Law on Marrage and on
the practice of Church marriage tribunals
- the difference between annulment and divorce
- grounds for invalidity of a marriage
- the tribunal process.

Father Prince is currently the Chancellor for the Archdiocese of Regina.
Formerly, he was the Judicial Vicar of the Regina Regional Marriage Tribunal
after receiving his Licentiate in Canon Law in Ottawa.
