Yoga Class

Tuesdays - 12:10 pm to 12:50 pm
January 7 to February 25 (8 classes)

Yoga is a holistic practice which unites the body, mind and spirit.

In this class we will explore and practice the eight limbs of yoga - the individual and universal ethics, asanas or postures, breath, quieting the senses, concentration, meditation and unity.

This class will be experiential and practical. The practice of yoga allows us to transform our everyday state of being and reconnects us with our divinity.

Classes are designed to honour each student's needs and abilities. Mindfulness and a light heart are nurtured in each class.

Facilitated by Kelly Green
Kelly is a registered social worker with 18 years of experience. She holds an advanced certification as an Integrative Yoga Therapist.

Cost: $48 (or $6 per class)
Please bring a blanket to the class.
