Ta'i Chi Chih is a moving meditation which facilitates relaxation
and inner serenity.
The movements are done softly and slowly
the breath relaxes and
slows, the body relaxes and the mind quiets
Benefits include improved
balance, co-ordination, reduced stress, and increases energy and immunity.
Tai Chi Chih focuses on spirit awareness tuning in rather
than tuning out.
Facilitator:
T. Rita Beth is an Accredited Teacher of Tai Chi Chih. Rita considers
the daily 30 minute Tai Chi Chih practice a gift to
herself.
Tai Chi Chih benefits are many
and include feeling grounded,
calm, balanced, and focused.
Rita shares Tai Chi Chih by teaching
weekly classes in Moose Jaw at the YMCA, SIAST, Vanier High School,
and at seniors groups. Rita also gives sessions to Womens
groups,
and holds out of town Tai Chi Chih workshops and Retreats.
